NISSA Consulting partners with GatherWare on Strategic Facility Planning projects and leverages the Orion Suite of Planning Tools to deliver an integrated and comprehensive web-based report. The software offers our client the ability to share the roadmap established during the master plan with a wide range of stakeholders, but also allows to manage the master plan as it is being implemented. The strategic and facility master plan become a living and breathing document that stays up to date over the course of the implementation.
